Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - Business Development

Join our team as a business development professional in ICT security & IT infrastructure solution sales. You will identify new business opportunities, engage clients, and deliver tailored solutions based on their requirements. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target sectors (corporate, govt., and industrial).
  • Promote and sell solutions like CCTV, access control, fire safety, networking, and IT infrastructure.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and CRM updates.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (relevant business or technical fields preferred).
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in government sales or corporate account management. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems for sales management and analysis.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of tender/bidding process and project-based sales
  • Basic technical certifications (Networking, Security systems)
  • Experience in CCTV, Access Control, Fire Safety, or Networking solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal preparation
